"FLA" is an incorrect acronym. The correct acronym is "ETLA" (for "Extended TLA"). Otherwise it's not self-describing, and who the hell wants a non-self-describing acronym? Not me, that's the hell who!
An acronym need not be self-describing. This was proved by the PTP Project.
